  Last night, I went to the sports gym and exercised in some weight and aerobic trainings. Sitting for a long time is not good for health. But programming is typical one of desk works. So I selectively train my abdominal ,back and leg muscles. After weight training, I walked on a cross trainer for an hour so that about 600 k cal were burned.
